Refund Policy

At Fancy Shih Tzu, we are committed to ensuring a positive experience for both our customers and our puppies. Please review our refund policy carefully.
Deposits

• All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to another puppy or litter at our discretion.

Puppy Purchases

• Once a puppy is paid for in full and has left our care, no refunds will be issued.
• If a health issue arises within the guarantee period, we may offer a replacement puppy as outlined in our Health Guarantee.

Cancellations

• If you cancel your purchase before the puppy’s pick-up or delivery, your deposit will not be refunded, but additional payments may be refunded at our discretion.

Exceptional Circumstances

• In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill your puppy purchase, a full refund will be issued.
